Review Policy

AT THIS TIME I AM NOT ACCEPTING REVIEWS
I am currently working with a very select number of authors for reviews, but due to Life happening my posting here will be more intermittent than I originally thought. Most of my reading is happening for management classes I'm taking, and the rest of my time is going towards actually being a management trainee at work (!)

Send a request if you think your book is so good I can't pass it up, but if you have other bloggers to look at please don't waste your time on me.

Thank you!

Thank you for considering me as a possible reviewer for your book(s). I receive quite a few requests for reviews every day, but I do take the time to carefully consider each one before accepting or declining the request. Here is some information you should know before submitting a request to me.

I always write honest reviews. What that means is that if a book doesn’t work for me, I will say so. I will always be polite and never “bash” an author or a book but I always give my truthful opinion. Please do not ask me to review your book if you are only looking for positive reviews, because I cannot guarantee that.

I reserve the right to not finish and/or not review a book that I accept for review. I do review every single book I read; however if I am not enjoying a book after 50-100 pages (depending upon the total length of the book, usually halfway through) I will usually abandon said book, which means it will not get reviewed.

If you have a particular time frame wherein you’d like the review to be published on my blog, please say so in your original email request. I do have a rough review schedule and it can be tweaked, but it is not fun to receive a book in the mail and then an email a week later asking for the review to be published soon. I will review at my own pace unless otherwise requested.

Generally, I am NOT interested in reviewing books within the following genres:

    * Romance
    * horror
